ANATOMY OF A PERFECT WHEEL
In 1966, Porsche fitted the two year old 911 with a lightweight, forged aluminum wheel. This same wheel stood the test of time and is synonymous with the "Porsche Look". The 15" Fuchs wheel is still lightweight at 12 lbs, and strong as can be. It’s quite a challenge to find a current, recently-designed wheel that will be able to claim the same thing in 40 years. They truly built The Perfect Wheel, and we celebrate it with this Porsche shirt. Wear it with a pair of jeans, under your race suit at the track, or under your favorite sport-jacket for a night on the town.
Pornsche T-Shirt
The sight of the rear of a flared, widebody 911 always gets the heart of a Porsche fan racing. We always stoop down a little so we can see the massive “meats” tucked away under those huge flares. We admire the curves, the reflections of light on the body, and wonder what it would be like to feel those tires moving underneath us at the limit. It’s “Porsche Porn”, if you will. Or Pornsche. The model for this shirt is a 1972 RSR replica.
The conversation piece of this Porsche shirt is the rear license plate. “L.H.O.O.Q.” was the title of a cheap postcard-sized reproduction of the Mona Lisa, upon which dada artist Marchel Duchamp drew a mustache and a goatee. The "readymade" done in 1919, is one of the most well known acts of degrading a famous work of art. The title when pronounced in French, puns the frase "Elle a chaud au cul", translating colloquially as "She has a hot ass".
She sure does.
